Rachel L. Bradley

Rachel is an experienced litigator defending clients in catastrophic personal injury cases, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation across the country in state and federal courts.

Rachel began her legal career in New Orleans, representing business owners and insurance companies in complex maritime and oilfield litigation throughout the Gulf Coast region.  Since moving to Colorado, Rachel’s litigation practice has continued to grow and has included representation of both primary and excess carriers in first and third party litigation, bad faith claims, construction defect claims, and surety and bond matters. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Rachel is often sought as a sounding board for her clients in peripheral business matters and risk mitigation.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in English from Vanderbilt University.  She obtained her J.D., with a Certificate in International Law, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she served as the Selection Chair on the Moot Court Executive Board and was a published member of the Maritime Law Journal.

While in law school, Rachel worked as an intern with the in-house legal department at Entergy Corporation, a Fortune 500 energy company in New Orleans. This experience inspired her to pursue her LL.M. in Energy and Environmental Law, which she received from Tulane University.

Rachel is licensed to practice in Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana.  She is also a member of the bar for the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Louisiana as well as the Fifth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Rachel recently gave birth to her first child, a beautiful baby girl.  She elected to deliver without pain killers to better understand her client’s suffering.
