Kerith A. Willard

Kerith is an Associate at The Hustead Law Firm. Kerith began her legal career doing family and criminal law in Houston, Texas. One year later, she transitioned into insurance defense, working first at a prominent and long-standing defense firm and then at a boutique in general civil litigation practice. Kerith recently represented clients in federal tax court, but missing the excitement of civil litigation, quickly returned to defense work.

Kerith received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Millsaps College in 2016. She then attended the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at The Louisiana State University on a full scholarship. While living in Baton Rouge she met her husband and adopted her favorite dog Bruiser the chihuahua.

Kerith is admitted to the Colorado State Bar, the Texas State Bar, The Northern and Southern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court.

Kerith was born and raised in Houston, Texas and recently relocated to the Denver area to be closer to nature and escape the heat. In her free time, she enjoys taking her three dogs to the dog park, or spending the afternoon curled up with her three cats and a good book. When she isn’t covered in pet hair, Kerith enjoys traveling with her husband and being the cool aunt to her nieces and nephews.
